Do you only accept Paypal payment?
Yes, at this time I am only accepting Paypal payments. However, if you'd prefer to pay by money order. I am able to make that available to you as well.
What are your Shipping/Handling Terms?
Shipping/Handling for items will be calculated based on the number of items you purchase. I typically ship first class with a nominal handling fee and always remember that all shipping charges include packaging supplies as well. All First Class shipped items include a Delivery Confirmation Number. Priority Shipping and/or Insurance is always available upon request, please make request BEFORE using Paypal checkout so I can send you a corrected Paypal invoice. I am not responsible for items once they are shipped and all sales are final. No International Shipping available at this time!

Are your items made by hand?
Yes, all items are handmade by ME! This allows me to put that little 'extra' touch into each item I make as well as make each one unique! I put a lot of care and workmanship into each one. All items will be made in the order in which they have been received/purchased. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for item to be completed and shipped. This means that your item should reach YOU by 6 weeks! If your order has not be received by you and/or you have not received tracking information. PLEASE email us!
Are your items available in ALL sizes?
Some items are not available in adult or infant sizes at this time. If you are unsure, please email me! I will be adding items often and may be able to adjust for sizes as they have been requested. There are a number of different sizes available from infant to adult!
What are your sizing specifications for hats?
Hats are sized as follows: 12month - 5T (fits from 18" UP TO a 19 3/4" head circumference) 5 - 8yrs (fits from 19 3/4" UP TO a 21 1/2" head circumference). Please check measurements before purchase. Adult (fits from 22" UP TO 23" head circumference). Please check measurements before purchase.
Do you make custom items?

Are these items difficult to care for?
NO! These items are handmade and for that reason, should be treated gently. I recommend hand-washing hats, scarves and booties in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Flowers (barrettes or pins) should be surface washed only. If you notice any of the flowers curling. Simply take an iron on a COOL setting and press them gently out. Being careful to keep iron away from beads, buttons and ribbons.
What if there is a problem with my item?
Although all sales are final, I am willing to work with you as a buyer if there is a problem with any of my items. Please email me with any questions or comments if you feel that I have misrepresented something and/or the fit is wrong.
